Our Garden Guide;  

Carol Goodwin is a long-time teacher at the Agriculture College in Truro, and, later, Dalhousie University.  She has encouraged adult learning, volunteerism and a love of horticulture through the classroom, leading garden tours to England, and as a member of the Truro Tree Committee and Communities in Bloom as well as helping to create the Truro Community Gardens, and the Friends of the Gardens on the AC campus.  Now retired from full time teaching, she continues to instruct in the Atlantic Master Garden Program, and owns and manages Beneath the Boughs Woodland Plant Nursery and Pottery Studio.
